Custom Blended Soils

RIO Soils are pleased to be using a unique software programme called the Topsoil Tool Kit.

Developed by consultants with assistance from DEFRA, WRAP and ReMaDe the Topsoil Tool Kit enables RIO Soils to make efficient use of soils arising from development sites and civic amenity sites to produce blended and graded soils to virtually any specification, for example BS3882.

RIO Soils input the specification of raw materials (soil, sand, compost etc) into the Topsoil Tool Kit which in turn calculates the percentage mix of each raw material by weight and or volume for the required blend or specification. By using this unique software RIO Soils can ensure compliance to the end users required specification.
